Structure
The first part of Warmachine: Prime contains a short story, Ashes to Ashes, and an introduction to the Iron Kingdoms written by Rhupert Carvolo, the Piper of Ord.
The second part of the book consists of all the rules for playing games of Warmachine. The final part describes the background of the five factions of the game and the rules for the first warcasters, warjacks and soldiers of each.
